As the Regional Managing Director you will oversee the activities of the company in the Gauteng region and implement company policies. The MD is responsible for the management of Thorburn Security resources as well as the implementation of company strategic goals and formulating plans to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved. You will ensure that the regional strategy is geared towards growth, retention, customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification
- B.Com (or equivalent) qualification an advantage
- PSIRA Grade A (Registered Security Service Provider)
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in management
