Qualification(s):
• National Diploma in HR or Behavioural Sciences at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
Experience:
• 3 Years’ Experience Background in HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a comprehensive Human Resources service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of the total HR value chain
- Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service
- Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing service to the area
- Provide accurate management information and effective system support
- Customer, stakeholder communication and service
- Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations
- Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
