Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure a comprehensive Human Resources service for a dedicated Customer base in terms of the total HR value chain
2. Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of Eskom conditions of service
3. Ensure an effective coordination of skills sourcing service to the area
4. Provide accurate management information and effective system support
5. Customer, stakeholder communication and service
6. Supporting Line Management in improving good labour and employee relations
7. Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
