An established orchard and berry farm is seeking to employ a Debtors Clerk with solid experience in Debtors and General Accounting. They are situated in the Banhoek Valley near Stellenbosch. The idea candidate will have 3-4 years experience. Key technical requirements: Experience and knowledge of Pastel Partner Accounting and Pastel Payroll Proficient in Easy file application The candidate will be involved with the following: Debtors: It is essential that the candidate has experience in dealing with Shoprite / Checkers, Pick n Pay and SPAR portals as well as direct store accounts. This includes submitting Shoprite Statements, dealing with CMGJ Reports. submitting Spar Drop shipments and individual store statements Debtors processing/ allocation Petty Cash processing/ allocation Weekly Wages: Processing weekly / fortnightly wages on Pastel Payroll Capturing and maintaining critical employment data on Pastel Payroll Other: MUST reside in close proximity to Banhoek Valley
